William F. Koy is a former Superintendent of Schools in New Jersey. After 25 years in education, he was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1988 and has concentrated in Employment Law and Education Law. Mr. Koy's expertise is within the areas of discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, and wrongful terminations. He has/had matters pending before the Superior Court of New Jersey, Superior Court of New Jersey - Appellate Division, the United States District Court (Federal), the Third Circuit Federal Court, and the United States Supreme Court.

William J. Koy was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1997. He completed a judicial clerkship with the Hon. George E. Sabbath of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Mr. Koy has concentrated in the areas of employment, education, and family law. He has/had matters pending before the Superior Court of New Jersey, Superior Court of New Jersey Appellate Division, the Third Circuit Federal Court, and the United States District Court (Federal).
Mr. Koy acts as a consultant for various schools and businesses. He teaches Family and Employment Law at Fairleigh Dickinson University and has spent five years on the Mountain Lakes Board of Education
